Clausing Colchester 15" Triumph 2000 headstock rebuild and improvements

I have just finished the rebuild of my headstock, and thought I'd upload a quick video. These are good lathes when they work, but seemingly suffer from a few design "issues" and don't take kindly to a general lack of maintenance. I got all my bearings from eBay, and all my parts from GPS engineering in the UK - best prices in the world, and very fast delivery.
