CominiOS: A school operating system that we built to help us stay fiercely child-centered.

All the systems that are currently handed to schools are curriculum-centered. This becomes evident when you think about the names in play: LMS - Learning Management System. As if learning is this thing we neatly package and transfer into the child's mind in some efficient manner! We need to rethink the systems and processes that help us operate schooling and learning. And that's what we are doing with CominiOS. We informally call our system OPRAH. Every child gets to realize their dream! You! You! OK sorry :) O - Observe P - Plan R - Reflect A - Adapt H - Harmonize (Because we need something for an H, but also because we need to interconnect all these to have a system and a system that has a beautiful resonance) Here' a sneak peek into how we achieve this.
