As part of our Alternative Route to the North Coast 500 (NC500) series, we head south from Ullapool, travelling through dramatic Highland landscapes, alongside legendary lochs and over some fantastic roads that make Scotland such an incredible destination for motorcycle touring. On this leg of the journey, we visit Loch Ness, Fort William, Glen Etive and Tyndrum, including a stop at the famous Green Welly Stop, before continuing towards Inveraray on the shores of Loch Fyne. Expect winding Highland roads, breathtaking mountain views, lochs, stunning scenery and plenty of reasons to get out on two wheels.
