Making A Medium-Length Tulle Petticoat || 50s Dress : Part One

I decided to make a medium-length petticoat! All you need is a LOT of tulle, some elastic and realistic expectations time-wise. The whole process was SO long but definitely worth it and I love it! I’m planning to wear it under a 50s dress that I’m currently working on, so this is technically part one (I'm not exactly sure when part two's coming out).
