modern loft // the sims 3 speed build

i was watching some of my super old videos from my kiwisimming days, came across this loft that i always really liked and decided to build it again to see how much better i could do it! definitely doesn’t house a lot of sims, but it’s cute nonetheless. hope you like it! ♡ links ; • download:   / 76941714   • my game mods: https://shellsea-ts3.carrd.co/ • my commonly used build cc (wip): https://shellseacc.tumblr.com/cc • omsp: https://modthesims.info/d/428179/ ♡ connect with me ; • twitch:   / shellsea   • second channel:    / moreshellsea   • twitter:   / helloshellsea   • tiktok:   / helloshellsea   • discord:   / discord   • tumblr:   / helloshellsea   • become a member: https://www.youtube.com/channel/uctgv... ♡ credits ; • music provided by epidemicsound https://www.epidemicsound.com/
