Morley March & Hymn Tune Contest 2026 - Champions - Hepworth Band.

28/6/26 and the annual March & Hymn Tune Contest in Morley town centre and my first visit. A reasonable march down on Queen Street and then the performances judged outside the Town Hall. The weather was reasonable for the day although there was a keen Yorkshire breeze blowing which proved a bit challenging! Here we have the winners for 2026, the current Yorshire Area Champions, The Hepworth Band conducted by Ryan Watkins, completing a Hat Trick of wins at the event.
