Dominate The Enemy! Nekros Prime via 1999 | Warframe Builds

Nekros was the first warframe that got me out of my "Real Ninjas Only" mentality as a cosmic necromancer was too cool conceptually. However when implemented the cool concept was whittled down to a farm booster. While useful, to me it was a waste of a great idea. Now, with the boons of 1999, I can say Nekros is fully realized as the Master of Death in the Warframe universe and able to dominate the enemy on the battlefield.
