This album, released in 1960 on the Christian Faith label, included these great hymns and gospel songs, all with the theme of comfort: “Blessed Assurance,” “No Not One,” “Day by Day,” “Near the Cross,” “Precious Hiding Place,” “No Night There,” “His Eye Is on the Sparrow,” “Come Ye Disconsolate,” “Jesus I Am Resting,” “God Will Take Care of You,” “Nearer My God to Thee,” and “Blessed Quietness.” Volume One, with twelve other beautiful songs, was released in 1957.
