Helping a viewer in PvP then got 41 😳

I met a viewer 2-3 weeks ago and he seemed pretty cool. I paused Comp/Trials to help him duo Conquest - GM - Heliostat. 1 shot. He mentioned not PvP'ing since console days, many years ago...but just recently started dabbling in PC pvp. Typical void hunter build + omni + 4x Per Audacia the comp set.
