Asia Abobaker is currently working as a Senior Building Performance Analyst in the Sustainability Consulting field. She helps clients formulate their decarbonization plans, achieve municipalities and local energy and GHG buildings targets as well as voluntary rating systems for more efficient buildings and sustainable future. She has six years of experience in energy management and analysis, with a strong focus on advancing sustainable energy solutions. Specializing in building performance for the past four years, she has contributed to energy modeling for LEED Core and Shell and LEED New Constructions, helping projects meet rigorous energy efficiency and sustainability standards. Also, with expertise in net zero carbon consulting and certification processes, she has led detailed energy modeling efforts that support decarbonization strategies, including sensitivity analysis, design optimization, and retrofit analysis Asia has an MSc in Mechanical Engineering and Energy Processes from Southern Illinois University 🇺🇸, and a BSc in Chemical Engineering from University of Khartoum 🇸🇩.
