Titled Inspector Lynch maybe the first episode where Bert has the new position.Hard to say as last 8 of previous run wiped.Fairly standard plot with Lynch mainly at the Station.And a Scottish Constable trying to get a conviction for drunk driving at least from a likely lad.Windsor Davies guest stars as a bully who think he can do what he wants.This was recorded in colour but must have been wiped at some point.At least we have a black and white film recording to see it.Hope you enjoy despite that.
