Severe Thunderstorm and Post Storm Walking through Brooklyn NYC Streets. Walking in Heavy Thunderstorm, with Heavy Rain, Wind, and Lightning. On 8/7/26, at around 6pm - National Weather Service issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for all of NYC's 5 Boroughs. The storm featured very heavy rain, strong damaging winds, frequent cloud to ground lightning and loud thunder. The walk starts with a great look of the approaching storm and very complex shelf clouds as they approach lower NYC Harbor. Footage will include the storm as it moves through the area from start to finish. After the storm moves south, I will start the post-storm walking through the streets of Brooklyn NY.
