Team Limp Mode - Enduro Elite - Race 4 @CTMP - Stint 2 - Adrian

Aug 30th, 2026 Adrian gets a whole Limpy experience from our first year. After a full stint with Matt with no issues and full power, car decides to go full limp mode. Adrian limped the car back to the pits and we pulled the code and checked the oil (P1166 (again) and P1259). We checked a few things and sent him out and it didn't help. In cold pits we did an O2 sensor change which fixed the sensor code. Sent him out again and still limp mode. We swapped out both the vtec sensor valve and the vtec solenoid. No luck. Our oil pressure gauge shows we have good pressure. Last ditch attempt we enable the bypass of switch in hondata and send it. We been in dealing with this limp mode for 90 mins. All chance of a 1 or second place in GT2 were lost. However we were still hanging on to 3rd place since the 4th place was having engine issues as well. So we keep running. Adrian never race at CTMP in the wet and experienced Limpy in the wet so he took it very easy. He was short shifting so much he barely used 20L for his stint. He was getting in the groove when the power started dropping. The stint was basically over once Lapped Traffic hit to wall into T1.
