Ping plotter testing jitter Spectrum ISP with information and how to read results and service call

UPDATE 11-20-22 : I ordered an IQrouter which basically auto-configured QOS to remove BufferBloat. I went from a D grade to A grade in tests at https://www.waveform.com/tools/buffer... . While not completely removing jitter, it calmed down the spikes a bit. So my ISP, spectrum, kept cancelling my tickets on my jitter issue. The audio is part of my last call before they sent out a supervisor to check and test. The video is a real scan to a server I game at, to show that even though I have low "average latency" it is constantly jumping all over the place, otherwise known as jitter. Since I'm from a telecom and IT and software background, I have a little more knowledge than an average person. Here I use some of my knowledge to maybe help others determine where their issues may be. If you are having packet loss, or other internet issues that the ISP cannot resolve, this may be of some help.
