It has no natural predator here, and it eats almost anything that moves. In parts of these rivers, three out of every four pounds of fish belong to this one animal. And the strangest part is that it was never supposed to be here. Virginia put it in the water on purpose in the 1970s and promised it would stay put. It didn't.
