stock solution||How to prepare stock solution; part 1

A stock solution is a concentrated solution that will be diluted to some lower concentration for actual use. It is used to save preparation time reduce storage space and accuracy of use. A one percent stock solution means 1gm solid powder or chemical mixed with 100ml water. we can convert 1 percent to 0.1% and 0.01%. For 0.1% we need 10ml 1% stock solution mixed with 90ml water or 5ml 1% stock solution mixed with 45ml water. we used these stock solution for sample development in lab.
