Ben Avery and Andy Dick continue their conversation with a trip through Andy's long history in show business, from open mics and early sketch comedy to NewsRadio, The Ben Stiller Show, movies and decades of strange encounters with famous comedians and actors. Andy reminisces about his early comedy partner Dino Stamatopoulos, the sketches they made together, and some of his favourite bits from the period when they were still figuring everything out. Andy also talks about working with Joe Rogan on NewsRadio, contrasting the guy he knew back then with the wildly successful podcaster he became years later. The conversation moves through Ben Stiller, Bob Odenkirk, the movies Andy appeared in, and the bizarre way he would sometimes get called in to shoot tiny parts simply because someone wanted him in the project. For Andy, the through-line has always been the same: he wants creative control and, above everything else, he wants the thing to actually be funny. The conversation also wanders into sexuality, gay dreams and whatever else Andy feels like bringing up while continuing to roast Ben's interviewing abilities. Part comedy history, part showbiz time capsule and part Andy Dick trying to figure out what the hell Ben's show actually is.
