After rounding the Cape of Good Hope, this vessel suffered significant damage to its hatch covers, including the loss of one complete section of hatch cover and severe damage to another. The vessel arrived at Tenerife Shipyards requiring an immediate, technically controlled solution.Our teams are now working on an express repair programme combining the fabrication of a new hatch cover with the repair of the damaged existing cover, with the objective of returning the vessel to full operational capability in the shortest possible timeframe.
