Ancient Stone Fish Trap | Catching Fish with My Dogs, Selling at Market & Cooking

Deep in the mountains, I returned to an ancient way of catching fish using stones and the natural flow of a small mountain stream. With my three dogs by my side, we carefully built and checked the traditional stone fish trap to see what we could catch. After harvesting the fish, I brought the fresh catch home, prepared it for the local market, and sold some of it to help support our simple life in the countryside. The rest was prepared for a fresh homemade meal. This peaceful day is a glimpse into rural mountain life in Vietnam — traditional fishing, working with nature, visiting the local market, and cooking a simple meal after a long day outdoors.
