I Went Looking for Snow. It Changed My Life | My Skiing Story

What started as a last-minute family drive to find snow became a love of skiing that changed my life. One Turn at a Time is my personal skiing documentary: from those first turns in Grindelwald and practice at Chatham, Landgraaf and Hemel Hempstead, through my IASI Level 1 and the tough Level 2 week in Hintertux, to the mountains, friendships and family memories that followed. There is Zermatt and Cervinia, the Four Valleys and Verbier, Val d’Isère, St. Moritz, road trips, ski camps, powder, boot fitting, Stöckli skis, Simon and Meli at PDS, Jason’s coaching, renewing our vows and sharing the mountains with Jade and Lyla. And the creation of The CarveCast—an outlet for a subject I could never stop talking about. I’m still learning. Still improving. Still planning the next trip.
