Warriors of the King

Psalm 24:8 “Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle.” Text: Raise the drums… let the heavens hear! The Lion of Judah is marching here! We stand in His name! Jesus, forever the King! Verse 1 Through the valleys, through the plains, Through the mountains, wind and rain. When the road is dark and steep, You are the Shepherd of our feet. Before us walks the Lion strong, Your mighty hand will lead us on. Not by our strength, nor by our might, But by Your Holy Spirit we will fight! Pre-Chorus We do not fight against flesh and blood, But powers that rise against Your love. Yet in Your truth we will remain, Your victory breaks every chain! Chorus Lion of Judah, lead us on! Jesus Christ, the Risen One! By Your blood our sins are washed, By Your cross, death has been crushed! Warriors of the Kingdom, rise! With Your living Word as our guide! Through the fire, through the night, Jesus Christ, our King of Light! Verse 2 Born anew by grace divine, Your holy truth is now our light. Clothed in righteousness, we stand, The shield of faith within our hands. The sword of Spirit, Your holy Word, The mighty truth of Christ our Lord. No fear shall rule, no darkness reign, For we are Yours through joy and pain! Stand your ground! Hold the line! The battle is the Lord's, not mine! We are redeemed! We are made new! Our lives belong to You! Bridge Though I walk through the valley low, Your rod and staff will guide me home. Over the mountains, through the flame, I will forever praise Your name. The battle is Yours! The victory won! All glory belongs to Jesus, God's Son! Final Chorus LION OF JUDAH, LEAD US ON! JESUS CHRIST, THE VICTORIOUS ONE! BY YOUR BLOOD WE HAVE BEEN FREED! YOU ARE ALL WE'LL EVER NEED! WARRIORS OF THE KING, ARISE! LIFT HIS NAME ABOVE THE SKIES! WE STAND IN CHRIST, OUR FAITH OUR SHIELD! JESUS REIGNS! WE SHALL NOT YIELD! Outro The Lion of Judah! The King of Glory! Jesus Christ forever! Yours is the victory!
