WHY I LEFT THE GOSPEL INDUSTRY - Willy Paul

Willy Paul, a prominent Kenyan musician, began his career in the gospel scene. However, he made a controversial switch to secular music. Frustrated by negativity from fellow gospel artists and a perceived lack of support, he felt stifled creatively. He craved authenticity and expressed a desire to explore different musical styles. Leaving the gospel industry wasn't about rejecting faith, but about being true to himself and his music. In this episode of Obinna show live, he talks about the real reason he quit the music industry to join the secular one.
