Journey onboard 172008 (coupled to 172343) as the 2S61 1252 Kidderminster to Stratford-upon-Avon via Whitlocks End calling at Stourbridge Junction (1259 to 1300), Lye (1304), Cradley Heath (1307), Old Hill (1311), Rowley Regis (1314), Langley Green (1318), Smethwick Galton Bridge (1321), The Hawthorns (1323), Jewellery Quarter (1327), Birmingham Snow Hill (1331 to 1335), Birmingham Moor Street (1337 to 1339), Small Heath (1342), Tyseley (1345), Spring Road (1348), Hall Green (1350), Yardley Wood (1353), Shirley (1356), Whitlocks End (1359), Wythall (1402), Earlswood (West Midlands/Warwickshire) (1404), The Lakes (1407), Wood End (1409), Danzey (1413), Henley-in-Arden (1417 to 1418), Wootton Wawen (1421), Wilmcote (1426 to 1427), Stratford-upon-Avon Parkway (1430) and Stratford-upon-Avon (1434). When LO had them, they didn't have toilets! 172/1 (101 to 104) - ex Chiltern, transferred to WMT in Spring 2021 (around March, April or May), still retaining the Chiltern interior 5 years later! 172/2 (2 car 211 to 222) and 172/3 (3 car 331 to 345) - with WMT ever since London Midland days! The 172/0s and 172/1s do not have gangways, whereas the 172/2s and 172/3s do.
