Ratchet and Clank #16 - Gorda City, Planet Oltanis

After shooting Captain Qwark out of the sky and ruining his day, we soon realise that Chairman Drek's plans have advanced considerably, and the consequences are worse than originally anticipated. With the task of defeating Drek at hand, we head to Gorda City on Oltanis where Drek's troops are in the process of stealing the city's power grid for his new planet. The lightning storm in the city prevents Clank from leaving the ship, meaning its up to Ratchet to explore the city alone.
