Tupac’s Killer Vows to Appeal Murder Conviction

Duane “Keffe D” Davis spoke up several times in court before being sentenced for the 1996 murder of hip-hop legend Tupac Shakur. Davis pushed back on how much time he was credited for serving, claiming the state had sent someone to attack him. He also asked for his belongings back and said he plans to appeal his murder conviction.
