New Wave is a creative agency within the School of Arts that drives equity in professional practice. We offer paid freelance opportunities, accessible professional networking, and one-to-one coaching. As a research-led agency, we work to identify and address structural barriers that can limit the success of students from a range of underrepresented and minoritised backgrounds. We create equitable access to the professional experience, networks and industry connections that are crucial to their future careers in the creative industries.
