🌴 Come along with us to Royalton Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic! 🇩🇴 In this video, I’m sharing a glimpse of our stay and overall guest experience at this all-inclusive resort. ✨ A little about the resort: 🏝️ Beautiful tropical grounds and beachfront location 🏊 Multiple pools and plenty of places to relax 🍽️ Multiple dining options and 24-hour room service 💦 Access to water park fun at Royalton Splash Punta Cana ⭐ Our overall rating: 6/10 While the outdoor grounds are beautiful, I wouldn’t personally rate this a 5-star experience. Some of the rooms and common areas could use a deep cleaning. Service was a 50/50 experience: some staff genuinely went above and beyond to help us, while others seemed less concerned about the guest experience. We emailed in advance about celebrating 2 occasions which were ignored - I told them in person and they took care of the experience from there.
