Lufthansa A321 economy class Valencia to Munich (heavy snowfall)

First flight of 2025 and my first one with Lufthansa. The flight took me from Valencia to Munich onboard an A321 registered D-AIDX. Due to heavy snowfall in Munich and a technical problem with the aircraft which was originally supposed to fly us, we were delayed by a couple of hours. This meant we missed our connection in Munich. Lufthansa handled everything really well and we were rebooked and able to book a hotel for free before we even disembarked. They took great care of the many passengers who missed their connections and showed how smoothly they deal with problems.
