EYELASH EXTENSIONS FOR BEGINNERS | HOW TO TALK TO YOUR CLIENT | FIRST TIME LASH CLIENT Hey guys! I envisioned this video to go a bit differently but I am super happy with the outcome. I had asked one of my friends come in and pick my brain about lashes. She was the perfect client because she's never had them before. I know this is a casual interaction because she is my friend but to be honest, this is how I communicate with my clients on a regular basis. I like to make it personable to make my clients comfortable and open enough to ask me any questions they have. This is a little bit longer of an interaction just because we wanted to be thorough and tried to give the most info. But these consultations can be a lot shorter as long as the right questions are asked and you can cover most common questions even before they come in. This is just how I answer a lot of these questions just so my clients can understand what I am talking about but you can always make it your own. I hope this helps when it comes to an explanation.
