According to manufactures specification the best suitable engine oil for this engine is 5W30 Fully Synthetic C3. Tip: The sump plug of the N47C engine 17mm and you would need a spanner to open the plug as there is not much room for ratchet unless you want to try a super slim space saver ratchet. To open the filter housing you will need a 21mm socket. Once oil and filter has been changed run the engine for 10 to 15 minutes up to a normal operating temperature and look under the car for any engine oil leaks.
