In this episode of Humans of SYMB, we speak with Shreya about teaching herself design, breaking into UI/UX, working across industries, collaborating with developers, designing AI chatbot experiences, and using AI without losing the human side of design. She also talks about mentoring junior designers, her love for charcoal sketching and gardening, the influence of her mother, and why good design is about far more than making something look beautiful.
