Sunday, October 18, 2026: the final day of the Niihama Taiko Festival 2026. Highlights from the live stream of the Hachiman Shrine Kakikurabe, where 17 taikodai floats from the Kawahigashi and western Kawahigashi districts gathered. From the kakikurabe under blue skies, through dusk, to the night when the lanterns light up. Results of the kakikurabe: 1st place Yamabana taikodai, 2nd Matsumiko taikodai, 3rd Sozu taikodai.
