Make it in Solidworks 16.3 - cut with compound surface (using the surface loft command)

How to create a compound surface (a surface that curves on two or more directions). First create a series of sketches, then use the 'Loft Surface" command to make the surface, then use the 'Cut with Surface' command to cut away the portion you don't want.
