GoPro Hiking Kennesaw Mountain | Whitney & Blakely

We got a new GoPro camera! Whitney tries to open the new GoPro Hero 4 Black Edition camera box, which proves quite difficult. Eventually, Whitney and Blakely get it all figured out and then it’s time to go hiking! Kennesaw Mountain is everybody’s favorite spot. Hiking to the top of Kennesaw is a great test for Blakely’s formerly broken leg to see if she can make it to the top of the mountain without any problems. Whitney, Blakely, Sterling, and Braxton all take a turn wearing the head mounted camera. Finally, everybody makes it to the 4 civil war cannons which serve as a sign that you have made it to the top of the mountain. From Wikipedia: Kennesaw Mountain was originally a home to the mound builders in the years 900 to 1700 AD. their descendants, the Creek people, were pushed out of Georgia by the Cherokee, who were then exiled by the United States and the state of Georgia on the Trail of Tears to the Oklahoma Territory during the Georgia Gold Rush. Kennesaw Mountain was the site of the Battle of Kennesaw Mountain during the 1864 Atlanta Campaign of the American Civil War, in which the Union forces of General William Tecumseh Sherman launched a bloody frontal attack on the Confederate Army of Tennessee, which was commanded by General Joseph E. Johnston. Federal judge Kenesaw Mountain Landis, the first commissioner of Major League Baseball, was named after the battle, in which his father nearly lost his left leg.
