Savannah to the Golden Isles | Georgia Coast | Forrest Gump ATW Bench | St Simons Island Lighthouse

Another road trip day takes us from South Carolina into Georgia and eventually all the way to Florida! 🚗🌴 Our first stop is beautiful Savannah, Georgia, where we visit Forsyth Park and see the amazing fountain there surrounded by gorgeous oak trees. Next we visit the spot where the famous Forrest Gump bench scenes were filmed. 🎬 We take a moment to talk about Adam and leave a sticker behind in his memory. ❤️ From there, we visit the stunning Cathedral Basilica of St. John the Baptist ⛪️ before wandering through downtown Savannah and along historic River Street.
