The Knowledge Gap created by AI is slowly destroying the job market

In this video I am talking about the current state of software development where despite getting more advanced models problems all across software development are all time high from lack of entry level positions, layoffs all time high, developer dissatisfaction in work, seniors taking early retirement with no sign of "explosive demand" of jobs appearing. Coding might be solved, but if the explosive demand of jobs appear 10 years later, it doesn't not help the current unemployed individuals looking for a job
