#IndianJetEngine | After a two-year delay, U.S. aerospace giant GE has delivered the first of 99 F404-IN20 engines to Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) for the Tejas Light Combat Aircraft MK-1AM program. The delay has impacted the deliveries of 83 Tejas MK1A jets, a situation previously highlighted by Air Force Chief Marshal AP Singh. The deal for these 99 F404 engines, valued at $716 million USD, includes the engines, logistics, technical assistance, and support equipment.
