Driving around Juneau, Alaska, offers breathtaking views of stunning landscapes and pristine wilderness. Today, our drive includes a ferry ride on the Alaska Marine Highway from Skagway to Juneau, Alaska. You will see some spectacular views with snow covered mountains. From the ferry, we arrive at the Auke Bay Ferry Terminal, where we start our drive. As we head to downtown Juneau, we will pass by the Mendenhall Wetlands State Game Refuge, the DIPAC Macaulay Salmon Hatchery, the Alaska Steamship Dock or cruise terminal, the Goldbelt Tram, the Princess cruise dock. We then head into the downtown Juneau shopping area and see the sights and people, followed by a quick tour of Douglas Island, the Yanyeidí Kootéeyaa (Wolf Totem Pole) and finally we finish with the spectacular sights of the Mendenhall Glacier.
