Founder Vlog: Everything Went Wrong Before Our Big SERP Presentation in Hyderabad

A simple Hyderabad business trip for a SERP meeting turned into a complete adventure. Rahul and Akanksha reached the airport only to realise they didn’t have confirmed tickets. They tried booking through the Air India counter, couldn’t manage it there, and finally had to contact Akbar Travels at the last minute. They somehow got the tickets — but ended up paying almost 3X the original price. After landing in Hyderabad, there was no time to relax. They rushed straight to the SERP office for an important presentation. They were nervous going into the meeting, especially because Rahul had a very different perception of what meeting government officials and visiting government offices would be like. But the experience surprised them. The officers were calm, helpful and approachable, and the offices were much more modern and advanced than they had expected. From missing flight tickets and last-minute bookings to presentation nerves and a completely unexpected government meeting experience, this trip had everything.
