I Spent 6 Months Restoring a 1979 Snap-on Toolbox.

After 6 months of putting it off, I finally restored my 1979 Snap-On toolbox — from a rusty, faded mess to a deep candy-red finish. Full process: degreasing, sanding, primer, paint, clear coat, and the final reveal. This one sat in the corner staring at me for half a year. 47 years old, covered in rust and grime, drawers rough — but the bones were solid Snap-On steel, so it deserved a comeback.
