Test Drive Unlimited - Police Chase in ONLINE Free roam (NO SYNC)

Normally, police in Test Drive Unlimited 1 do not appear when you are in online free roam, here I have edited some stuff in memory to enable that functionally in online. Please note: This does NOT sync over the internet, nobody else can see you being chased by police nor can they interact with them correctly/at all. Also, this spawns the offline bots in online mode too (they don't sync either), however I have a way to disable that in both offline and online. Psst! Add EnableBots = 0 to your FX.ini or other .ini file! :)
