NBA Jam stands out from the other basketball games for being one of the first NBA licensed games, its realistically drawn players and over-the-top animations. Even its home console versions were as good as in the arcades. There were a lot of requests for an MLB-licensed game with the same treatment as NBA Jam, but it was never thought to happen...until now. Thanks to Frank Cifaldi and the Video Game History Foundation, a near-complete version of "MLB Jam" was found.
