How to be Efficient in Oblivion: 1) Pick the race to fit the Build. Such as High Elf or Brenton for mages and Nords or Redguards as fighters. 2) Put the skills of your build in the Major skills 3) Use your minor skills as bonus skills and stat boosting before leveling 4) Use the resources. Such as Potion, spells and enchantment. 5)Use trainers (use spell making to weaken a minor skill to zero than train up.) or if you have gold to spare spend it on trainers. Remember this orders as you play any build. Skills are first, Resources are second and last is Attributes.
