Rain, Buses, and Gains – A Day in My Life

Greetings Everyone! This is going to be my first YouTube video and in this video, I take you through a real day in my life: the hustle, the grind, and pushing through obstacles to stay consistent with my goals. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or need a little motivation on a tough day, I hope this video shows that no excuse is bigger than your commitment. Let me know in the comments how you stay motivated on rainy days! Until next time, JH.
