Padel training with Oscar Marhuenda in English | Padel volleys, defense, smash & vibora | 2022

Big thanks to Oscar visiting in Finland and helping me to get better at padel. We had amazing four days and this is just some of the learning we did. Padel training is at is best when you focus in every ball and try to maintain quality in every shot. A big improvement we made in padel smash is that we focused more on relaxed motion rather than brute forcing a way trough. Padel volleys has always been a challenge for me but with little bit of work we improved to minimize the backswing and putting the ball forward and not slicing too much. All kind of feedback is always appreciated and please let me know if you would like to see more padel content from Finland and from my journey.
