Ally- x20

Today on the channel, I unbox and review my 2nd from previous preorder the ally- x20... So, on the time of preorder which I ordered around Sept. 26th or close to of 2026, I received my first x20 on Oct. 15th of 2026 and the unboxing was as of the same as this now updated 2nd one of Oct. 22nd of 2026... The issue was when the first x20 arrived, it was sealed mint and could never get the handheld to initialize for the power handshake as it is referred to online... I went through evey reddit, and all ideas on how to get this out from its sent behavior shipping mode... No ways would allow the item to light up other than the upper indicator amber and white led battery lights... This is and currently not my first rodeo with ally-x's and this behavior was odd and to the point to which ai help was asking me to insight a return to vendor or manufacturer which was BestBuy and through then Asus... It wasnt damaged but rather a issue that needed reflashed for software to be re calibrated from scratch... Some ai and ppl online, added it was possible during some point the EC light sensor was tripped somehow and it needs Asus or a tech to reteach the handheld the EC sensor to be calibrated bk to factory... Unfortunately, this is bad for the first one of the units however but I feel this one 2nd unit is a keep and a go forward to more to be a better this go-around... By the way the 2n1 Asus case does work with the x20 but the upper lid makes contact with the sticks if pressed or issue if dropped on the front and could lead to issues or board damage.... You can add foam inserts to buffer this or go another case that is for the x20 entirely-... Its a great piece either way and cant wait to spend time telling you the viewer's of what I can soon-... I will keep posted and see everyone soon-... Happy days with x20-...
