How to make INATATA | One of the favorite Kakanin in Isabela

How to make Inatata or How to cook Inatata Inatata - is one of the favorite kakanin found in Isabela, Northern Luzon. It is made from Glutinous Rice or Sticky Rice cooked with coconut milk, coconut milk crumbs and sugar. It is also wrapped with banana leaves (if possible young banana leaves). Inatata - usually prepared whenever there is special occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversary's, barangay fiesta's. Itong kakanin na ito ay katulad din ng bibingka masarap i-partner sa kape lalo na sa umaga pero pwede rin pang snacks kahit anung oras. Maganda rin itong pampasalubong sa mga kaibigan at mga kamag anak. Inatata, Bibingka at Binalay itong ang tatlong kakanin na sikat sa probinsiya ng Isabela.
