[Vanilla Minecraft TARDIS 1.19] Saved Locations!

I've been putting off this feature for months, but it's really one of the last big mechanics I feel is needed before the TARDIS is complete. The saving system itself isn't exactly uncommon, but I think I've implemented it in a way that's really seamless. Choosing one of the saves to fly to, however, is pretty uniquely done in my opinion.
