Unknown breakbeat song I heard in GMod

I have this addon called rRadio, but sadly it doesn't tell me the music I'm listening to unless the host says it or if I'm not listening on a car. Can anyone ID this music? It's very catchy. I owe you a lot if you can ID it. I won't recommend using song recognition. I tried a couple and both didn't know about the song, probably because of the revving of the car. Thank you.
