How to de-flask seedling orchids: my third attempt after, shall we say, mixed results!

This week Plant Lovers I'm gamely attempting a THIRD go at de-flasking orchid seedlings. Turns out this one wasn't that difficult to actually open....but what happens from here on...who knows!! Wish me luck with this flask of Doritis pulcherrima which has recently been placed back in the family fold as Phalaenopsis pulcherrima.
